S.H.E. Movements Return & Exchange Policy
 At S.H.E. Movements, every piece is made with purpose, care, and intention. We want you to
 love what you wear and feel aligned in every purchase. That said, we understand things
 happen — and we’re here to help.
 Returns
 We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
 To be eligible for a return: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition- Tags must still be attached- Must be returned in original packaging- You must include your order number and reason for return
 Note: Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale are final sale and not eligible for
 return.
 Exchanges
 We offer exchanges for size or store credit only. To request an exchange, please contact us
 within 30 days of receiving your item. Due to the limited nature of our drops, some items may
 not be available for exchange. In that case, we’ll offer you store credit once the return is
 received and approved.
 Non-Returnable Items- Final sale items- Discounted items- Gift cards- Custom/handmade pieces- Worn, damaged, or altered items
 How to Start a Return or Exchange
 1. Email us at support@shemovements.com with your order number and reason for
 return/exchange.
 2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return address.
 3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
 Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
 upon delivery.
 Damaged or Incorrect Items
 If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery
 with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right — fast.
Refunds (if applicable)
 If your return is approved: You’ll receive a full refund excluding original shipping fees- Refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days
